Fear, Anxiety, panic - these are terrible tools that will make us sick, - if we allow it and give in to these emotions ! So ... CHOOSE the OTHER! - stay strong, hopeful and resilient and everyday CHOOSE to be WELL!It reminds me of the story that I read a little while ago, which to my mind very much applies to us in one way or another, the Story of the two wolves. Whether it is an urban amalgamated legend or not, I like the metaphor: The Fight of Two Wolves Within You An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life: “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. "It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued,
“The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf will win?” The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.” There is a whole long list of interpretations connected to this story -and you will have no doubt your own. I wish to connect it to what goes on currently. So,...the better I take care of my own mind, my own healthy body and my own environment, the better I will prevail against the fear mongering, the uncertainties and the constant media barrage telling us to stay in fear over "another case " or another "wave" etc. I encourage you to be well armoured against negative vibes and much more resilient - Do we not have a better way!?!? YES !. I set out during the past weeks to present little workshops on topics such as: How to strengthen the mind, the immune system, the respiratory system. Healthy body, healthy mind! Learn mindfulness, meditation and EFT tapping! Use the essential oils for your meridians to significantly increase your vitality levels.
