It is a new and exciting way of delivering this fabulous program - straight into peoples home !

I have developed a signature program to help Seniors from 60 onwards, who are experiencing physical decline, memory loss and confusion or moodiness and anxiety attacks.
  • The purpose of this program is to have more mobility, more clarity and raised vitality – so that you can stay fit, flexible and mentally sharp. What I am really passionate about is supporting the senior generation to enjoy their everyday life, being healthy, productive with a real zest for life.
The “Move with Grace and Balance” program focuses on our ability to train our senses – especially our natural ability of seeing, hearing and moving. It may be presented as a 4 or 6 week program of 90 mins each. It helps prevent falls, it enhances cognitive skills and improves the quality of life for all participants.
  • Daily stimulation with joyful fun activities will ensure that we exercise our brain constantly to keep it functioning at optimum level.
This is best done by coordinated movement and activities that combine movement with cognitive skills. So, the participants will move and play with many tools. We will also of course use BRAIN GYM!
  • Kinesiology based stress release techniques and a number of essential oils for mental wellness and clarity are also included.
  • Methods include strengthening exercises for the lower body, balance exercises and integrative, fun activities, that progressively challenge the participant’s balance and brain in a safe environment.
  • The benefits manifest as an improvement of the upper and lower body strength, aerobic endurance, lower and upper body flexibility, agility and balance in older adults. I am also putting a lot of attention to teaching eye-hand coordination, finger flexibility and nimble toes and feet. At any age we can still learn to have balance, be grounded and how to know where we are in space, - how to stay centered and aware, how to feel the brain / body connection.     
  •  Ideally an activity will stimulate hearing, seeing and moving senses, all at the same time. These sensory-motor activities will gradually grow in complexity and thus challenge our brains to adapt, learn and thus improve on all levels of cognition.
